Shipping:

We offer shipping services to all major cities and towns in India. We have partnered with reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. We strive to dispatch your order within 2-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on the availability of the product and the shipping destination.

Delivery:

The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination. It generally takes 2-7 business days for delivery to major cities and towns in India. However, it may take longer for delivery to remote locations. We provide a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Cancellation of Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns and Refunds:

We take utmost care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. All the parcels dispatched are insured against damage/loss hence we request not to accept torn/damaged or defective boxes However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product. We shall try to l arrange for a pickup of the product and initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference. However if the reverse pickup is not initiated by courier company our responsibility ends there.

In case you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a pickup of the product, and once we receive the product, we will initiate a refund after deducting the shipping charges. If product is received in damage state while collecting there will be no refund of amount. Our return policy very clearly mentions our refund process, we request patrons to go through the same before initiating a return request. Our decision shall be final and binding subject to our return/refund policy.
